If you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Technical details needed to run and protect the form: the time you joined, your browser's user agent, and one-way hashes of your email address and IP address (used to prevent duplicate signups and for security and abuse prevention)

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

• To keep your place on the waitlist
• To email you about Dowel’s launch and related product updates
• To protect the waitlist from spam and abuse (we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-check service that processes basic device and interaction data)

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it’s stored

Waitlist information is stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf to host the site and store the waitlist.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until Dowel launches, or until you ask us to remove it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time using the contact listed on this page. If we email you, every email will include a way to opt out.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will email waitlist members.
